Steven Hill is a Professional Building Surveyor with broad experience within the development industry. Steven has a 33 year employment history within the development industry which includes town planning and building certification for Local Government and private enterprise; fire safety analysis; building design; quantity surveying; teaching construction at TAFE; construction management; project management and administration of environmental law. 
 
Steve has prepared documentation as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court and the Supreme Court of NSW with successful outcomes. Steve received a commendation from State-wide Mutual for fire safety management in NSW and he has previously been awarded the National Young Achiever Award from the Australian Institute of Building for his dedication to the development industry. Steve is also a two time National Full Contact Karate champion (Middle weight) for the year 2015 & 2016, and was the Gold Coast Champion in 2018.
 
Steve is a registered Building Certifier and has experience in investigating building failures and preparing rehabilitation strategies including design documentation and bills of quantities. Steven has project managed developments up to the value of $100 million and is the Chief Executive Officer of Sixhills Group Pty/Ltd
